My Daddy is a yoga Pretzel

LOOK...!
"My Daddy is a Yoga Pretzel."  Our family had been introduced to Yoga Pretzels in the form of large index cards. You can pick a card and practice with a family member or on your own but quite a few of the cards are for partners to practice together. You can focus on what you want..examples are  trust,  courage, patience etc. So i want to check out the book in the next few days or so, from the library. I'm really looking forward to it. I'll come back here and Good reads and share my thoughts on this book and I'd appreciate if your comments on Yoga Pretzels if you have read or used the index cards too!

What am I reading

Sort of a what's in your wallet question. lol  I'm reading Michael Beckwith's "Spiritual Liberation". It's a lot to chew on I'll say that. I have a time putting it down.  I've wanted to learn more about what he has to say or what he thinks and this book is it.  I saw and heard him first on the Secret. When he said ...so many things...  "You can begin to think real thoughts" "You can feel love even if noone is loving toward you at the time" and "Greater is the power in you than the power in the world"! There was a time I wouldn't read or even want to know about people that write books on spiritual things unless it came from a small circle of  religious organizations that I knew...very exclusive.  Anyway this is what I'm reading now and I'm very happy, my dear husband of 23yrs was very thoughtful to get it for me.  I'm very thankful for this book and for my husband and our family.

Three Yrs.!

,So glad to get back to blog about all I've read and hope to read...
Let me slow down a bit here and start with one book at a time.
My most favorite book and truest companion for the past three yr. has been " The Science of Success"  Three books in one "The Science of Getting Rich" The Science of Being Well" and "The Science of  Being Great"  This book helps give me a perspective on my mental state.  You can not read this book and not come away with the right thinking...i love the fact that all that I know of God is true to his charecter in the pages of this book...no suffering way here...Jesus paid it all so we don't have to!  Not that we won't have obstacles and challenges just how you look/think about them.  No woe is me...martarism, because that's what I needed to get away from to achieve the success/peace/happyness. Treat your mind read this book!
